Wish and Tie

Apparently, Ekta Kapoor is very religious and or spiritual given her choice of name for the production house she owns or her hand. Yes, the threads, beads and various household objects tied to her wrist reminded me of a wishing peepal tree I saw in Puri, Orissa. So, the next time you want your wishes to come true, you know where to tie a thread.
